Blink Gallery pleased to announce that we have an incredibly special guest artist joining us for our August 10-11 pop-up -- JUDY MIRANDA. This will be our first exhibit of Latina-focused art.
Judy Miranda is a painter, photographer and Mexican folk artist (Santera wood carver) known not only locally but also nationally and internationally for her Latina-focused, culturally-diverse artwork. Judy moved from California to Colorado 26 years ago and quickly established herself in the local art scene. The Chicano Humanities and Arts Council (CHAC) gallery has been her home gallery since moving to Denver. She has participated in more than 300 exhibitions across the country since 1975. Her art has been shown in many international galleries, including the Prado Museum in Spain, Casa de las Americas in Cuba and Bellas Artes in Mexico City. This will be a unique opportunity to meet Judy and see her art in an intimate, fun setting.
Our pop-up events are by invitation only. If you would like an invitation to future events, become a Blink insider! Join our mailing list.
